About the role

We are now recruiting PMVA certified Support Staff to join our growing team and provide exceptional care across multi‑bedded hospital settings.
As a PMVA Support Worker, you will work alongside experienced clinical teams, support patient wellbeing, and contribute to safe, therapeutic environments where your skills make a real impact.
Responsibilities
*
Provide day‑to‑day support to residents and patients
*
Follow care plans and accurately record observations
*
Work collaboratively with nurses, doctors, families, and support staff
*
Deliver one‑to‑one support when required
*
Maintain safety and uphold PMVA principles at all times
Requirements
*
Right to work in the UK
*
Minimum 6 months experience as a Support Worker
*
PMVA training (essential)
*
Mandatory healthcare training certificate
*
Valid Enhanced DBS
*
Strong communication and teamwork skills
