Job Description:
The Oystermen Seafood Bar & Kitchen in Covent Garden is an award-winning, independent restaurant specialising in the finest fish and seafood UK waters have to offer.
We are looking for a Assistant Restaurant Manager to join us and support our existing General Manager in leading the team and over seeing day to day management of the restaurant.
The right candidate will have experience in working in a busy restaurant environment good food and hospitality. This is the idea opportunity for you if you like working in a small bustling space while leading a team of like minded colleagues.
We offer a competitive salary of 33k-36k depending on experience.
Fair working hours, 48 hours per week, with flexible shift patterns. Most of our team work 4 days on, 3 off.
28 days full paid holiday.
