Sales Advisor Red Recruitment is recruiting a motivated Sales Advisor to join a growing specialist insurance business in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with sales experience who wants to build a career in financial services. You do not need insurance experience - full training, ongoing development and support towards professional qualifications will be provided. You'll speak with potential customers, understand their needs and recommend suitable life insurance products within a supportive, high-performing sales environment. Benefits and Package for a Sales Advisor: Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum + uncapped commission Hours: Monday-Friday, 8.30am-4.30pm One late shift per week, 12pm-8pm One Saturday per month, 9am-1pm Contract: Permanent Location: Aztec West, Bristol 24 days' annual leave plus one wellbeing day Private medical insurance Income protection and death in service Enhanced parental leave EV scheme, Perkbox and Employee Assistance Programme Professional training and career progressionKey Responsibilities of a Sales Advisor: Speak with potential customers and understand their circumstances Build rapport and deliver a consultative sales experience Explain products clearly and recommend suitable options Respond confidently to questions and objections Maintain accurate customer records Meet sales targets while acting in the customer's best interests Complete ongoing product and sales trainingKey Skills and Experience of a Sales Advisor: Previous sales experience, ideally in a telephone-based or target-driven role Ambitious, motivated and keen to develop Confident communication and active listening skills A positive, professional and customer-focused approach Willingness to learn about financial services productsInsurance experience is beneficial but not essential.
