Production & Operations Operative

Location: North Acton initially, moving to Wokingham (MUST drive)
Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 per annum
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm

We are currently recruiting for a Production & Operations Assistant to join an established and growing business.

This is a hands-on position suited to someone with previous experience in a production, manufacturing, warehouse or similar operational environment.

The Role

You will support the day-to-day running of the operation, working across production, stock and warehouse activities.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting daily production operations.

• Operating machinery and production equipment.

• Picking and packing products.

• Supporting goods-in and goods-out activities.

• Stock control and inventory management.

• Preparing products and materials for dispatch.

• Maintaining accurate records and documentation.

• Ensuring work areas are kept clean, organised and safe.

• Following company procedures and Health & Safety requirements.
