IT Support Engineer

An exciting opportunity for an IT Support Engineer has arisen with an innovative computing hardware company, based in Cambridge.
This is an exciting opportunity for an IT Support Engineer to join a passionate IT team, where you will be responsible for managing and improving endpoint devices, Google Workspace, SaaS applications and workplace technology. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on automation, security and self-service solutions, with the opportunity to develop Python and Bash tooling and streamline IT processes
This is a 5-day onsite role, with some flexibility.
Experience for the IT Support Engineer includes:
3+ years of experience managing a mixed Linux, macOS and Windows fleet within a technical environment, beyond traditional desk-based IT support
Strong Linux skills, ideally across Debian or Red Hat-based distributions
Scripting with Python or Bash
Experience administering Google Workspace or a similar platform, including single sign-on and SaaS access management
Desired: experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible or Terraform
