Finance Officer
Kingston Park
Salary:Up to £32,909 per annum
Hours:37 per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent

Are you passionate about delivering excellent financial support to both external and internal clients, ensuring financial information is prepared and issued within company requirements.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Officer to join our growing fast-paced finance team based at Kingston Park.
Role Benefits:

Working from home up to 2 days per week, after 6 months’ probation period

About the Finance Officer Role:
This role will involve:
* Preparing annual service charge budgets to agreed timescales
* Preparing annual service charge accounts to agreed timescales
* Issuing service charge and ground rent demands
Your Experience:
Successful candidates will need:
Essential:
* Educated to GCSE standard including English and Maths at a minimum Grade C
* Sound experience of financial management systems
* Experience of providing financial services within a customer focused environment
* Ability to work to a high level of accuracy
* Excellent organisational and administrative skills
* Ability to work to tight deadlines
* A working knowledge of financial procedures
* A sound understanding of modern accounting procedures and techniques including Excel.
Desirable:
* Recent experience of working in finance within Property Management
* I.T. skills including word processing and spreadsheets
* Ability to promote and deliver outstanding customer service
* A working knowledge of Direct Debits
* A working knowledge of Qube software
* Knowledge of a similar type and size organisation.
