Recruitment Resourcer/consultant - Fully Remote

We are seeking a   Recruitment Consultant   to join our high-performing recruitment team. You will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and placing legal professionals, from associates through to partners within international law firms. What will I be doing? Conducting end-to-end recruitment activities, including, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates in legal roles within international law firms. Developing and expanding your market securing new projects and building client relationships. Collaborating with clients to understand their specific recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies. Building and maintaining a strong network of candidates, leveraging various channels such as social media and referrals. Keeping up to date with industry trends and market insights, sharing knowledge with the team and clients. What do I need? ~ A minimum of 1 years’ experience within the legal recruitment sector in a 360-recruitment role, with a proven track record of successful placements Or ~ A minimum of 1 years' experience within recruitment and a law degree.
