Wiring/Soldering Technician
Location: Newport, Shropshire
Salary: £12.71 (Competitive once perm) 

About the Role
A specialist manufacturer is seeking an experienced Wiring/Soldering Operative to join its growing team and support the delivery of high-quality electrical wiring solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Build wiring harnesses from engineering drawings to a high standard.
Assemble prototype and production harnesses, including HV cables.
Manage build schedules and meet production targets.
Liaise with internal departments on installations.
Test and commission electrical systems when required.  Skills & Experience
Manufacturing/Production experience
Ability to read technical drawings and build complex harnesses. (Desirable)
Experience with crimping, HV cable preparation and wiring standards. (Desirable)
IPC qualifications or willingness to work towards them.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office. FULL TRAINING PROVIDED
