About the role
Our client is seeking a dynamic Procurement Team Leader for a permanent role. This position offers a variety of responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys leadership, problem-solving, and driving positive change. In this role, you will lead a multidisciplinary team supporting procurement operations, facilities management, vehicle fleet activities, and business support services.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach and develop a diverse team across Procurement, Facilities, Fleet and Operations.
Foster a people-oriented, collaborative and high-performing culture.
Drive operational excellence, process improvement and service quality.
Manage multiple priorities and ensure effective resource allocation.
Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs and deliver solutions.
Support implementation of continuous improvement and digitalisation initiatives.
Monitor KPIs, identify opportunities and drive performance improvements.
Ensure compliance with company policies, governance, and internal controls.
Support facilities and workplace experience activities through a strong Facilities team.
Job Requirements:
Experience in Operations, Procurement, Facilities, Supply chain, Fleet, Customer Service or other transferable business functions.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to prioritise across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
Strategic mindset to drive procurement project delivering spend efficiencies.
Interest or exposure to Procurement and/or Facilities Management is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience leading or coordinating people, projects, or processes is preferred but not mandatory.
