Factory Supervisor / Production Supervisor

We are recruiting for a Factory Supervisor to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Blaenavon.

This is a hands-on, shop floor-based role where you will be responsible for leading a production team and ensuring operations run efficiently and safely.

Key responsibilities include: - Supervising daily production operations across filling and labelling lines - Leading and supporting a team on the shop floor - Driving output and ensuring KPI targets are met - Maintaining high standards of quality and health & safety - Acting as the link between planning and production - Troubleshooting issues and minimising downtime

This is not a desk-based role - you will be actively involved on the shop floor day-to-day.

Requirements: - Experience within manufacturing or production - Previous experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader or Senior Operator - Strong understanding of health & safety and quality standards - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience

Hours: Monday - Thursday 6:30am - 5:00pm Friday 7:00am - 3:00pm Early finish on Fridays.
