About the role
Portsmouth City Council is seeking an experienced transport professional to lead the delivery of Traffic Regulation Orders from inception through implementation. You will draft orders, manage statutory consultations, respond to objections, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with legal and governance requirements.
You will work closely with colleagues, elected members, residents, developers and statutory consultees, providing expert TRO advice to deliver transport, parking and highway
