The Senior IT Manager will lead and oversee the delivery and optimisation of technology solutions across the organisation. Description Develop and implement the IT and business systems strategy to support organisational goals. Manage the IT team to ensure the efficient delivery of technology services and support. Oversee the maintenance, upgrade, and security of all IT systems and infrastructure. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements through technology. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and data protection standards. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimise value for the organisation. Monitor the performance of IT systems and implement enhancements as needed. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on IT performance and project progress.Profile A successful Senior IT Manager should have: A strong background in IT management and ERP business systems within the business services sector.
