The Role * Wet spraying, lacquering and staining across a wide range of bespoke joinery projects * Preparing surfaces and applying finishes to the highest standard * Collaborating with a skilled shopfloor team in an organised, well-run environment * Taking ownership of your work and delivering consistent, quality results The Person * Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer or Finisher within joinery or similar wood-based manufacturing * Hands-on knowledge of wet spraying, lacquering and/or staining techniques * Someone who takes pride in doing the job properly and to a high standard * Looking for stability and a role that respects your time outside of work TF142 Paint Sprayer, Laquering, Spraying, Spray, Wet, Paint, Staining
