Front Of House Receptionist

We are looking for a polished, highly organised, and naturally welcoming Front of House Receptionist to serve as the face and voice of a prestigious financial services organisation. What You’ll Do * Elevate the Client Experience: Warmly greet visitors, look after regular clients, manage switchboard calls, and oversee the group mailbox with speed and precision. * Keep Operations Seamless: Coordinate meeting room bookings, set up room technology, order catering, and handle incoming/outgoing post and couriers. * Maintain High Standards: Conduct regular walk-throughs to ensure client-facing areas are pristine, stocked, and presentable at all times. * Provide Vital Support: Support colleagues and management with meeting logistics, assist with client events/seminars, uphold data privacy, and collaborate with our Facilities Administrator. What We’re Looking For * Experience: Background in Front of House, reception, or client-facing roles (ideally within financial services, professional services, or hospitality). * Skills & Mindset: Warm, discreet, and polished with clear, friendly communication. * Organisation: Calm under pressure, superb attention to detail, and confident using Microsoft Outlook and room-booking systems. * Proactive Spirit: A team player who takes initiative, notices the small details, and jumps in wherever needed. (Financial Services experience is a plus!)
