Electrical Design Engineer

Electrical Design Engineer – Building Services Salary £50k to £65k dept on experience Woolwich - Southeast London Contractor/ Consultancy / Building Services Design / MEP / Electrical Services Design Engineer / Electrical Design / Senior Electrical Design Engineer This role is to join a highly technical and growing consultancy, where you will be delivering electrical designs through to and including RIBA stage 5. You will have significant involvement with contractors and site visits. This is an office-based role offering genuine progression opportunities into senior technical, project leadership and management positions as this employer continues to grow. Responsibilities * Deliver electrical designs to Stage 5 construction-ready standard * Produce coordinated 3D Revit-based design packages * Lead electrical coordination within multidisciplinary project teams * Conduct site surveys and existing services investigations * Attend construction sites to verify installation and resolve technical issues * Liaise directly with contractors, architects and client teams * Review subcontractor technical submissions and procurement information * Ensure all designs are practical, buildable and installation-ready Skill and Experience Required * Degree (or equivalent) in Electrical or Building Services Engineering * Proven Stage 5 design experience * Strong UK Building Services knowledge * Familiarity with Revit, Amtech, Relux and Dialux * Ability to attend site visits as required * Valid UK Driving Licence * Valid Passport *All applications to us here at True Engineers are reviewed against the role you applied to by an experienced recruiter not a computer or AI
