About the role

Help us build London's most patient-centred dental & facial aesthetics clinic. Sands End Dental & Face Studio is a brand-new premium dental and facial aesthetics clinic opening in Chelsea Creek. We're looking for an exceptional Patient Experience & Growth Coordinator to become the face of the clinic from day one. This is much more than a receptionist role. You'll be the first person every patient meets, the person who keeps the practice running smoothly and someone who genuinely helps grow the business through outstanding service, organisation and patient care. This is a career opportunity to help build a premium clinic from day one, rather than a traditional reception role. Answering telephone, email and online enquiries Maintaining excellent standards throughout the reception and waiting areas Motivated by helping a business grow Previous dental experience would be an advantage but is  not essential.
