This is a great opportunity to join a well-established business offering a competitive salary, varied work, and the chance to play a key role in maintaining high-quality homes for customers.   As a Customer Care Operative, you will carry out a range of maintenance and repair tasks across residential developments while delivering excellent customer service at all times.   The successful Customer Care Operative will receive: £38,000 annual salary Company vehicle and fuel  Permanent, full-time opportunity Holiday and benefits package Varied workload across multiple developments Supportive and growing team environment  Responsibilities of the Customer Care Operative include: Carrying out routine and reactive maintenance work across residential properties Undertaking general carpentry and plumbing repairs Completing interior and exterior painting and decorating Carrying out wall and floor tiling repairs Reporting directly to the Customer Care Manager Working independently to manage workloads efficiently Maintaining accurate records of repairs and materials used Delivering excellent customer service while remaining professional at all times Keeping work areas clean, tidy, and compliant with health and safety standards To be successful in this Customer Care Operative role, you will need: Strong knowledge of general property maintenance and repairs Experience with carpentry, painting and plumbing.
