Previous experience working as a Head Chef
Strong leadership and kitchen management skills
Passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients
Creativity and consistency in menu execution
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment
What we offer
Up to £50,000 inclusive of tronc
