Ryanair are currently recruiting for a Technical Admin to work in the ATO of Europe’s Largest Airline Group.The successful candidate will assist the Approved Training Organisation (ATO) management team with a number of administrative and analytical tasks essential for the deliverance of training to over 8000 pilots annually and 1,500 new recruits each year. Candidates who hold a background in aviation either as pilot training, engineering or an aviation degree would be at a distinct advantage, however full training will be provided.Duties will include not be limited to: Tracking of pilot licence expires and training requirementsLiaison with aviation authorities on licencing matters.Management of new entry pilot course enrolmentsTraining IT system developmentsData analysis and reporting to pilot training managersSimulator and Line training data analysis and reportingA recognised degree and/or pilot ATPL theory examinations completedStrong analytical ability to drive efficiency, quality and continuous improvementsAbility to work in a pressurised and fast paced environmentStrong organisational and interpersonal skillsThe ability to work on own initiative with a strong work ethicPC Skills (Word, Excel, Power point etc.)Ideally, the candidate will have previous experience of working in a regulated industryCompetitive salaryDiscounted and unlimited travel to over 250 destinationsDeath in Service Benefit – Up to 2 times of salaryCycle 2 Work SchemeUnrivalled career progression
