The Opportunity

• Oversee a predominantly industrial commercial property portfolio
• Manage relationships with major institutional clients
• Take a lead role on landlord & tenant matters, service charges and asset performance
• Work closely with FM, accounting and asset management teams
• Be part of a business with a proven pathway to senior leadership

About You

• Strong commercial property management background

• Confident managing clients and key stakeholders
• Ambitious and looking to progress into a more senior position
