Senior Service Designer: Transform Complex Public Programs

Perago is seeking a Senior Service Designer based in Swansea to lead complex design and research programmes from discovery to delivery. The ideal candidate has at least five years of experience in service design and is capable of working across diverse organisations.

The role includes responsibility for service design, facilitating workshops, and strategic design, making it imperative to have a strong understanding of both design and public policy.

This is a hybrid position, with expectations to be on-site at least once or twice a week.
