Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physiotherapist Band 6/7 to join the Therapy Inpatients team at Aintree Hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake timely physiotherapy assessments on Ward 7 to determine discharge readiness, and physiotherapeutic interventions required.
- Parallel planning.
- Develop and monitor individualised exercise and rehabilitation plans.
- Liaise with hospital, community, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
- Support timely flow and discharge.
Requirements:
- Relevant Physiotherapy qualification.
- HCPC Registered.
- Experience in an acute surgery setting.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to patient-centred care.
- Supportive work environment.
