PACKAGE: USD 3,000 – 5,000 Net per Month + Benefits

OVERVIEW

A leading international private higher education institution with strong overseas university partnerships is seeking an experienced Assistant Professor – Business & Marketing to lead and support its Business and Marketing academic programs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching, academic leadership, curriculum alignment, research, industry engagement and supporting the delivery of internationally aligned academic programs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and support the academic delivery of Business and Marketing programs

• Deliver lectures, workshops, tutorials and assessments

• Support curriculum alignment with international university academic frameworks

• Contribute to the development and improvement of Business and Marketing programs

• Engage in research, consultancy and professional practice

• Develop relationships with industry, employers and external organizations

• Collaborate with industry partners and internal academic teams

• Contribute to academic quality, assessment and student learning initiatives

• Support academic administration and program-level activities

• Build strong engagement with students, colleagues and external stakeholders

PRE-REQUISITES

• PhD in Marketing, Business or a related field is mandatory

• Relevant Master’s and/or Undergraduate degree

• 5–7 years of relevant university-level teaching experience, post-PhD or combined

• Demonstrated professional and academic expertise in Business and/or Marketing

• Experience with academic administration, program leadership or academic committees

• Strong understanding of assessment design and international academic standards

• Research publications, industry publications and conference presentations will be an advantage

• Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
