Day Concierge

We are currently hiring for a Day Concierge to work on a high end residential scheme based in the heart of West London. We are looking for a professional candidate with previous front of house experience, who can provide a warm welcoming service to the residents on site.

Salary: £31,200 per annum

Hours: 7 days on, 7 days off - 7am to 7pm

Main Duties:

• During working hours, you will be based at the concierge desk except when carrying out any required Building Patrols.
  
  
• Receive and provide accurate shift handover.
  
  
• Provide a welcoming atmosphere throughout the Building.
  
  
• Being always present at the Concierge Desk and ensure that all persons in the building have a right to be present.
  
  
• Announce any visitors, contractors, or deliveries (where applicable) and monitor their presence on site.
  
  
• Receive, log, store safely and distribute all parcels. In line with GDPR do not leave them on show to protect the Residents identity.
  
  
• Answering all enquiries via email, telephone and in person in a professional and timely manner.
  
  
• Monitor visually and by using CCTV, access control and any other issues of concern, to ensure these are being actioned and escalate appropriately.
