You will be responsible for ensuring high levels of Health & Safety, maintaining company quality standards, ensuring the factory runs to full capacity, assist the maintenance engineers, ensure the production plan is on time as well as some warehouse duties. Requirements for the Process / Production Operative Strong process and operational knowledge. Good Attitude. Team Player and Flexible. Willing to complete various duties and tasks. Desirable Requirements for the Process / Production Operative Worked on continuous improvement projects.
