This is a broad, commercially focused role offering real exposure across new business pricing, renewal pricing, optimisation, and deep-dive analytics.You’ll join a small but ambitious team, where your ideas will be heard and your work will directly influence pricing strategy and business performance. If you enjoy variety, ownership, and the chance to shape how pricing is done, this is a strong move.What You’ll Be DoingDelivering pricing insight across new business and renewal portfoliosSupporting and enhancing pricing models and optimisation strategiesWriting and running SQL queries to extract and manipulate dataAnalysing trends, performance, and customer behaviour to inform pricing decisionsMonitoring model performance and recommending improvementsWorking closely with underwriting and wider business teams to align pricing with commercial goalsContributing to competitor analysis and market positioningSupporting governance, compliance, and pricing best practiceYou’ll play a key role in shaping pricing decisions in a highly competitive UK motor market, where small changes can have a significant commercial impactWhat We’re Looking ForStrong experience in Personal Lines Motor Pricing (essential)Background in insurance pricing / analytics with a commercial mindsetExperience across renewal and/or new business pricingStrong technical capability, including SQLAbility to turn complex data into clear, actionable insightA proactive mindset — someone who looks for improvements, not just answers questions
