Shift Details: 4 x 10.5-hour shifts per week Monday to Thursday: 4:30 PM 3:00 AM Thursday night shift finishes at 2:00 AM Overtime available and encouraged Pay & Benefits: Competitive hourly rate of £17.10 Overtime paid at enhanced rates Long-term career prospects in a growing company Supportive team environment Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC press brake machinery to bend and form metal components Work with mild steel, with occasional stainless steel and aluminium Read and interpret engineering drawings to ensure accurate bending and forming Select appropriate tooling and set machine parameters accordingly Carry out in-process quality checks to ensure components meet required specifications Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment About You: Proven experience as a Press Brake Setter Operator Strong understanding of engineering drawings and tolerances Experience using CNC press brake machinery High attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Join our night shift team and make a real impact with your skills and experience.
