Qualified Social Worker, Screening First Response Team, Leicestershire County Council Pay rate to £38 per hour Vitalis are recruiting for experienced Social Worker to work in a Child in Need Team in Leicestershire Council. We are seeking an experienced agency Social Worker to join a busy Children’s Social Care Front Door / Screening Team.The role involves screening contacts and referrals, analysing information, applying thresholds and making timely recommendations to ensure children and families receive the right response at the right time.Key Responsibilities

• Screen and triage contacts and referrals relating to children and young people.
• Gather and analyse information from families, professionals and partner agencies.
• Apply safeguarding thresholds and make clear, evidence-based recommendations.
• Record decisions, rationale and outcomes accurately and within timescales.
• Work effectively with Children’s Social Care, Targeted Family Help and multi-agency partners.
