About the role
Talent Agri in North Wales is seeking an experienced Herd Manager to oversee a 550-cow organic dairy on a grass-based system. You will lead the dairy team, plan workloads and drive day-to-day management while ensuring welfare, productivity and compliance with farm standards.
The role offers genuine management responsibility within a family-run operation and a competitive package, including accommodation and a performance-related bonus. Previous senior dairy-management experience is essential.
