The role
as a Sous chef you will support the head chef in the running of the kitchen, you will ensure everything runs smoothly in the kitchen, run a section and help with the pass. This role includes all the normal sous chef duties.

Experience
We are looking for a sous chef from a fresh food background, with a passion for local and seasonal produce. you will have good knife skills and enjoy cooking a range of dishes.
