Our Mental Health & Addiction Services provide person-centred, recovery-focused support that helps people build confidence, independence and resilience within their communities.
As a Relief Project Worker, you will play an important role in supporting people living with mental ill health to achieve their goals and live meaningful lives.

?? What You'll Be Doing? Working as part of a dedicated team, you will: Provide person-centred support tailored to individual needs and goals.
Support people with daily living activities including budgeting, shopping, meal preparation and maintaining their home.
Encourage participation in social, recreational and community-based activities.
Support service users to manage their wellbeing and maintain their tenancy.
Assist with medication support in line with organisational policies and procedures.
Build positive relationships that promote recovery, independence and inclusion.
Maintain accurate records and work collaboratively with colleagues and external professionals.

?Essential Criteria You must have either: A QCF/NVQ Level 2 qualification (or equivalent) in a relevant subject and 6 months' paid experience supporting people within a health and social care setting; OR A minimum of 12 months' paid experience supporting people within a health and social care setting.
You should also have: Experience supporting and motivating individuals.
Experience maintaining records and documentation.
A working knowledge of IT systems.
