As a Surveyor in the property department, you will play a key role in managing and delivering property-related projects. Description As Surveyor duties will include, however, not be limited to: Manage property-related projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet organisational objectives. Provide expert advice on property matters, including valuations, acquisitions, and disposals. Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Prepare detailed reports and maintain accurate records for all property transactions. Develop and maintain close and effective working relationships with internal colleagues to enable efficient and effective delivery of the client remit. Support the development of property strategies that align with organisational goals. Assist in budget preparation and cost management for property projects. Profile A successful Surveyor should have: MRICS qualified Wide range of General Practice surveying experience Strong knowledge of property regulations and compliance requirements. Excellent organisational and project management skills. Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in using property management software and tools. Job Offer Competitive salary ranging from £55,000 to £65,000 per annum. Permanent position within a large and established public sector organisation.
