About the Role:We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Financial Planning Reviews Administrator to join our Financial Planning team.This is an important role supporting the delivery of annual client reviews and ensuring our Advisors have the information and documentation they need to provide an exceptional client experience. Working closely with Financial Planners, Paraplanners and wider support teams, you'll be responsible for preparing review meeting packs, obtaining valuation information and maintaining accurate client records across key systems.This position would suit someone who enjoys working with data, has strong organisational skills and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work. It also offers an excellent opportunity to develop your career within Financial Planning and Wealth Management.What You'll Be Doing:Prepare comprehensive client review packs ahead of annual review meetings.Obtain and collate valuations from providers and third parties.Generate review documentation from Intelligent Office and other financial planning systems.Produce Investment Progress Reports and supporting review materials.Support the updating of client information and valuation data within financial planning systems, including cashflow modelling tools.Maintain accurate electronic client records and documentation.Liaise with internal teams, providers and third parties to gather required information.Ensure all client review activity is completed within agreed service standards and deadlines.Support Advisors and Paraplanners in delivering a seamless and professional review process.Contribute to continuous improvements in review administration processes and client service delivery.Ensure all activities are carried out in line with regulatory requirements, company policies and anti-money laundering (AML) procedures.What We're Looking For:We're keen to speak with candidates who are highly organised, motivated and committed to delivering excellent service.You'll ideally have:Previous experience in a financial services, wealth management or professional services environment.Experience using Intelligent Office (essential).Strong administration and organisational skills.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Good written and verbal communication skills.Strong client service and relationship management skills.The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively to deadlines.A proactive and flexible approach, with the confidence to work independently and as part of a team.GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English.Why Join Us?This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and supportive Financial Planning team where you'll play a key role in delivering an excellent client experience.You'll gain exposure to financial planning processes, industry-leading systems and client review activities, while developing valuable skills that can support future progression into broader financial planning, paraplanning or advisory support roles.Full timePosting Date: 2026-09-11
