£48,907 per annum + Benefits.

Continental Shift Pattern – 4on4off rotating days and nights.

An excellent opportunity for a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead a dedicated engineering team in the upkeep of highly automated machinery.

Role Description.

* Managing a team of maintenance engineers providing reactive, planned, preventative and emergency maintenance.

* Supervising and managing engineering projects.

* Ensure all work is conducted to H&S standards and risk assessments conducted.

* Contributing to continuous improvement ideas, helping improve the engineering function.

* Utilising the CMMS.

* Reporting into the Maintenance Engineering Manager.

Skills and Qualifications.

* Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineering background.

* Formal Mechanical and / or Electrical Qualifications (Level 3+).

* Industrial Engineering experience.

* Good people management / leadership competency.

* Clear communication skills.
