Continental Shift Pattern 4on4off rotating days and nights.

An excellent opportunity for a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead a dedicated engineering team in the upkeep of highly automated machinery.

Role Description.

• Managing a team of maintenance engineers providing reactive, planned, preventative and emergency maintenance.
• Supervising and managing engineering projects.
• Ensure all work is conducted to H&S standards and risk assessments conducted.
• Contributing to continuous improvement ideas, helping improve the engineering function.
• Utilising the CMMS.
• Reporting into the Maintenance Engineering Manager.

Skills and Qualifications.

• Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineering background.
• Formal Mechanical and / or Electrical Qualifications (Level 3+).
• Industrial Engineering experience.
• Good people management / leadership competency.
• Clear communication skills.
