Branch Supervisor
📍 Cambuslang | Full-Time | Permanent
Are you an experienced supervisor looking for your next challenge within a fast-paced distribution and operations environment?
We are recruiting for a Branch Supervisor to join an established and growing business based in Cambuslang. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys motivating teams, driving operational performance, and delivering excellent customer service.
As Branch Supervisor, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the branch, ensuring workloads are managed effectively, service levels remain high, and teams operate safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate and support branch employees to achieve operational targets.
Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day branch operations.
Manage workflow and allocate resources to meet customer requirements.
Support employee development, performance management and training.
Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve customer queries professionally.
Oversee stock control, inventory accuracy and branch administration.
Promote and maintain a strong health and safety culture.
Ensure company vehicles, equipment and facilities are managed effectively.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to enhance branch performance.
What We're Looking For:
Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.
Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Experience within distribution, logistics, warehousing, transport or operational environments would be advantageous.
Comfortable using IT systems and administrative processes.
