We are currently recruiting experienced Healthcare Assistants in Norwich, Cromer, Holt, Great Yarmouth, King's Lynn, Thetford, Lowestoft, Dereham, and surrounding Norfolk areas to support a range of care homes, nursing homes, and healthcare services.

What We Offer Flexible Shifts Across Norwich & Norfolk Choose the shifts that suit you best, including days, nights, weekends, and block bookings. No fixed rotas or minimum commitments.
Competitive Pay Rates Earn between £15.00 – £22.00 per hour, with enhanced rates for nights, weekends, and bank holidays. Weekly and monthly pay options available.
Immediate & Ongoing Work We have immediate Healthcare Assistant shifts available across Norwich and surrounding areas, with ongoing opportunities from trusted healthcare providers.

Your Responsibilities As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate, person-centred care to residents and service users.
Responsibilities may include:
Assisting with personal care and daily living

Supporting mobility and wellbeing

Providing emotional support and companionship

Working alongside Nurses and healthcare teams

Helping create a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment

Requirements To apply for our Healthcare Assistant roles in Norwich and surrounding areas, you must have:
A minimum of 6 months' paid UK care experience within care homes, nursing homes, or hospitals

A passion for delivering high-quality care

The right to work in the UK

A driving licence is preferred but not essential
