L&D Facilitator - Revenue Cycle
London: based at 2 Cavendish Square with travel to Prestatyn, Birmingham and Manchester as required
Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday
Permanent Contract
We're looking for a L&D Facilitator Revenue Cycle to join our Centre of Excellence Learning and Development team, based in London.
In this role, you'll support colleagues across our Revenue Cycle function to build the knowledge, skills and confidence they need to deliver consistently high standards in their roles. Working closely with operational teams, you'll help shape and deliver learning that strengthens performance, improves service delivery and creates a more connected way of working. With a mix of face to face, virtual and digital training, and regular travel to Prestatyn, Birmingham and Manchester, you'll work across a wide network, building strong relationships and helping teams feel supported, capable and confident in their day to day roles.
As an L&D Facilitator Revenue Cycle, you'll take ownership of designing and delivering engaging, practical training that reflects the realities of the role. This is a hands on position where you'll move between facilitating sessions, creating content and collaborating with stakeholders to understand what great looks like in practice. You'll play an important role in bringing consistency to how teams operate, helping to embed processes, improve service quality and support colleagues to reach full productivity.
With exposure across multiple areas including Front and Back office functions, Contact Centre and Patient Access, you'll have the opportunity to continuously develop your own skillset while shaping how learning is delivered across the business.

What you'll do:
Design and deliver high quality training across face to face, virtual and digital formats
Work closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts to align learning with operational needs
Facilitate engaging sessions covering systems, processes, policies and customer service
Evaluate learning outcomes and continuously improve training based on feedback and performance data
Support consistency and quality across Revenue Cycle teams through effective learning solutions
What you'll bring:
Proven experience designing and delivering training programmes and facilitating engaging learning sessions
Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
Experience using digital learning tools and creating training materials aligned to business needs
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
Solid understanding of adult learning principles and a proactive, solution focused approach
