About the job: The purpose of the job is to provide professional and confidential administrative support and wider support as part of the University's Philanthropy team.

The individual will take a proactive approach to administration within the team, while also supporting event planning and delivery, plus support for programme delivery and communications tasks.
The post holder will play a proactive role in the team's stewardship of our donor relationships.
They will also provide diary and administrative support to the Assistant Director as required.
About the person: The successful candidate must have, and your application should clearly demonstrate that you meet the following essential criteria: A minimum of five GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent) to include English Language and Mathematics or NVQ Level 2 Administration or equivalent.
A minimum of three years' recent relevant work experience to include experience of: Direct support to senior management level on a range of complex and confidential matters Servicing committees/working groups, including taking minutes, drafting agendas, collating and preparing reports and ensuring actions are implemented.
Support for budget management Working directly and effectively with high level stakeholders, both internal and external.
