Our Client, a World recognised and respected Automotive OEM Manufacturer based in Newport Pagnell, Buckinghamshire, are actively seeking an experienced and professional Receptionist on a contract basis. This position is available on a part-time basis and would see you working Thursday and Friday each week from 8-00am – 6-00pm. (20 hours per week) as standard, but there is also likely the potential option to work on other days occasionally. If this to be so and as such, you will be paid for more hours. On offer to the successful candidate is £12.71 per hour, plus holiday pay.
Your duties and responsibilities will be:
Answering the phone.
Transferring calls.
Greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.
Notifying the relevant departments about visitors.
Referring enquiries to the correct place.You will have the following qualifications & experience:
Should ideally be educated to a minimum GCSE level, although plenty of relevant experience will be considered.
Should be an experienced and professional Receptionist who is well presented, welcoming and has a good telephone manner.
You should be well-organised, communicative and skilled in creating the right first impression for customers and visitors arriving on-site.This position is available with immediate effect.
