Production Operative

Location: Knighton 💷 Pay: £13.76 per hour ⏰ Hours: 4 on / 4 off (2 blocks of days 06:00 – 18:00 and 2 blocks of nights 18:00 – 06:00) We’re looking for reliable and hardworking Production Operatives to join a busy manufacturing site in Knighton. If you’ve previously worked in a fast-paced production or factory environment and enjoy being part of a team, this could be the role for you! * Operating machinery safely and efficiently * Assembling, packing, and labelling products * Carrying out quality checks * Keeping your work area clean and safe * Working as part of a team to meet production targets What we’re looking for: * Previous experience in a busy production/manufacturing environment preferred * Good attention to detail * Reliable and punctual * Comfortable working 12-hour day and night shifts * This is a great opportunity for long-term, stable work with a structured shift pattern and competitive pay
