Project Manager Location: Canary Wharf Hours: 7:00am – 4:00pm (flexible, with overtime where agreed) Up to £85k   We're looking for an Electrically-biased Project Manager, with experience looking after M&E works on Data Centre projects.  If you're a Project Manager, working for a Main Contractor, we'd love to speak to you! Key Responsibilities Project Management & Delivery: Oversee project delivery in line with programme milestones Monitor site progress, quality, and productivity Lead project meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors Manage commissioning, testing, and record documentationCommercial & Financial: Develop and maintain procurement schedules Lead procurement of subcontractor packages and major equipment Review quotations and negotiate commercial terms Support cost reporting, forecasting, and variation management Protect project margin and manage commercial riskTeam Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor Assistant Project Managers and Site Managers Promote collaboration and high performance Manage subcontractor performance and stakeholder relationshipsHealth, Safety & Quality: Ensure compliance with HSQE procedures, ISO standards, and CDM regulations Promote a strong health and safety culture Maintain QA/QC processes throughout the projectDesign & Pre-Construction: Lead estimating handover meetings Coordinate design deliverables with construction sequencing and procurement strategy Manage RFI process and design approvalsRequirements Significant experience at Project Manager level delivering complex construction or engineering projects Data Centre / Critical Facilities experience essential Electrical qualifications required; mechanical knowledge desirable SMSTS, CSCS Managers Card, NVQ Level 6 in Construction Site Management (or equivalent)Benefits Employee-Owned Trust (EOT) participation after 12 months Private Healthcare & Dental Insurance Life Insurance & Pension Scheme Length of service rewards Tradepoint discounts Private financial advice Project performance bonus
