Are you an experienced Senior Estimator looking to take the next step in a fast-growing, forward-thinking civils and groundworks contractor? We're looking for someone driven, commercially aware, and confident in delivering winning tenders to join our expanding team. Location: Split between sites in Redruth and Exeter Type: Full-time, permanent Salary: Starting from £40,000+ (depending on experience) What you'll be doing: * Leading and supporting tendering activities across multiple projects * Producing accurate and competitive cost estimates * Working closely with buyers, commercial teams, and operational staff * Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders * Ensuring compliance with industry standards and H&S regulations * Contributing to continuous improvement across estimating processes What we're looking for: * Proven experience as an Estimator within civils / groundworks * Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail * Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines * Confident communicator with a collaborative mindset * Relevant qualification (degree preferred but not essential with experience) * Willingness to travel between Redruth and Exeter sites What's in it for you: * Competitive salary with clear progression opportunities * Long-term, stable pipeline of work * Supportive team environment with ongoing training and development * Opportunity to make a real impact in a growing business Ready for your next challenge?
