Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs to *Mercedes-Benz standards* * Complete job cards accurately and in line with workshop and brand processes * Carry out inspections and identify repair requirements proactively * Ensure all work meets *safety, compliance and quality standards* * Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve efficiency and service quality * Support and mentor apprentices within the workshop *City & Guilds Level 3 / NVQ Level 3* in Light or Heavy Vehicle Maintenance & Repair * *Full UK driving licence* and your own tools * Willingness to learn and develop with ongoing Mercedes-Benz training *On-site parking *
