You'll be responsible for:

• Acting as a trusted advisor to farming and estate businesses across the South East.
• Driving regional growth through business development and strategic client engagement.
• Supporting and mentoring colleagues to foster a high-performing, collaborative team culture.
• Building relationships with industry stakeholders, professional contacts, and key partners.
• Representing the business at industry events and within the wider agricultural sector.
• Contributing to regional financial performance and commercial success.

• Proven experience providing agricultural consultancy advice to land-based businesses.
• A strong understanding of the agricultural sector across the South East.
