Travel Recovery Claims Handler

Ready to make a difference in travel insurance?

• Managing new claims on our system and carrying out initial checks
• Gathering information and documentation to support claim progression
• Communicating with customers, insurers, solicitors and other third parties
• Keeping claim records accurate and up to date
• Handling correspondence and administrative tasks in a timely manner
• Supporting the wider team to ensure claims are progressed efficiently
• Working in line with company processes, service standards and regulatory requirements

• 5 GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Maths
• Previous experience in administration, customer service, insurance, claims or a legal environment would be beneficial but is not essential
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence speaking to a range of stakeholders
• Good attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records
• Well organised, self motivated and able to manage priorities effectively
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop within a claims environment
• A Law degree or insurance qualification would be an advantage but is not essential
• Travel insurance or travel claims experience would be beneficial
• Eligibility to work in the UK
