Team Coordinator

Team Coordinator Huddersfield £28,000 Your new role Hays are recruiting for a newly created Team Coordinator role for a property company in Hudderfield. This is a varied role, combining project administration, document control as well as supporting the wider office with ad hoc administration tasks. Role Overview: Provide efficient administrative support to the project team. Prepare, update, and maintain project documents, reports, trackers, and spreadsheets. Coordinate and reconcile project information to ensure records remain accurate and up to date. Support the day-to-day operations of the project team. Manage and monitor shared mailboxes. Respond to and distribute correspondence promptly and professionally. Ensure project-related communications are handled efficiently. Ensure documents are accurately version-controlled and easily accessible. Manage document distribution, approvals, and revision tracking. Ensure compliance with project and contractual requirements. Monitor outstanding actions and follow up with project teams to ensure timely completion. Highlight overdue items and support their resolution. Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute relevant documentation. Attend meetings, take accurate minutes, and record key actions and decisions. Issue meeting minutes and track actions to completion.
