About the role

Female Support Worker Required in the Harrow area   To work as part of a care team supporting a gentleman to live independently within his own home and lead a full and varied lifestyle. We are seeking staff with previous experience of working with clients with an acquired brain injury.  You must have excellent communication skills and be a team player. As well as being able to support our client with his personal care needs, the successful candidate will also support his socialisation, therapy programme and leisure activities. You will be using moving and handling equipment such as a hoist and wheelchair so physical fitness is required.  You will be required to work a combination of day shifts and waking night shifts and cover staff holidays and flexibility is essential. This is a full time permanent job.  Shift patterns may vary.  We offer up to 36 hours per week with a combination of day shifts and night shifts Excellent support and training and supervision provided. Driver not essential.  The applicant must have the right to work in the UK as we do not offer Certificate of Sponsorship. The hours of work are: Day shifts from 10am to 6.30pm on weekdays and weekends Waking night shifts from 8pm to 10am Rate of pay is dependent on experience: £12.71 up to £14.67 per hour weekdays £14.71 up to £16.77 per hour weekends Interested?
