You are trusted to make decisions that drive a material impact on the direction and success of Lendable from day 1\ N\n\nWork in small teams of exceptional people, who are relentlessly resourceful to solve problems and find smarter solutions than the status quo\ N\n\nBuild the best technology in-house, using new data sources, machine learning and AI to make machines do the heavy lifting\ N\n\nAbout the role\ NWe’re entering a once-in-a-company moment: a major step-change in our D2C marketing investment, a full rebrand of the company and product under the Zable brand, and a marketing function being built out at pace under a newly-appointed CMO. This is one of the most exciting marketing builds in UK fintech right now, with the financial strength, customer base, and product depth to back it up.\ NVideo is going to be central to how we grow, across paid social, organic, brand campaigns and lifecycle, and we’re building the in-house production capability to power it. We’re looking for a Video Producer to join our creative pod and own video output end-to-end: planning, shooting, editing and producing video that drives measurable growth and shapes how customers experience the Zable brand. This is the chance to build the in-house video function from scratch in a category-defining consumer fintech.\ NWhat we're looking for:\ NEssential:\ N\n\n3+ years of video production experience for a consumer brand, agency or in-house creative team\ N\n\nEnd-to-end skills, concepting, shooting, directing talent, editing, motion, exporting\ N\n\nA reel showing range across paid social, brand, UGC-style and longer-form video\ N\n\nProficient in Premiere or DaVinci, After Effects, and modern motion tools\ N\n\nStrong intuition for what makes video work on different platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Reels)\ N\n\nDemonstrable use of AI video tools (e.G. Runway, Sora, ElevenLabs, Topaz) in your workflow\ N\n\nComfortable on set, briefing crew, directing talent, troubleshooting\ N\n\nDesirable:\ N\n\nExperience working with creators, influencers and UGC partners\ N\n\nExperience in regulated industries (fintech, healthcare, telco)\ N\n\nLightingand audio experience for in-office and on-location shoots\ N\n\nExperience setting up an in-house production studio or workflow from scratch\ N\n\nYou’re a good fit if you’re:\ N\n\nA storyteller first, technician second\ N\n\nHands-onand resourceful, you make great work without a 50-person crew\ N\n\nFast anditerative, you ship and learn rather than chase perfection\ N\n\nExcited by creator culture and modern internet video\ N\n\nCurious about AI and how it changes the production cost curve\ N\n\nWhatyou'll be doing\ NProduction:\ N\n\nConcept, shoot and edit video for paid (primarily Meta and TikTok), organic and lifecycle channels\ N\n\nProduce brand video, campaigns, founder content, product films\ N\n\nManage on-set production: location, talent, kit, schedule\ N\n\nIteration & Testing:\ N\n\nTranslate ideas into scalable video variations to support creative testing\ N\n\nIterate based on performance data and platform learnings\ N\n\nStay on top of platform-native trends and adapt quickly\ N\n\nAI &Workflow:\ N\n\nUse AI videoand audio tools to extend output and reduce production cost\ N\n\nBuild and maintain in-house production templates and systems\ N\n\nManage external production partners and freelancers when we need to flex up\ N\n\nCollaboration:\ N\n\nWork closelywith the Head of Creative, designers, growth and lifecycle teams\ N\n\nPartner with content and comms on organic and PR-led video\ N\n\nContribute ideas to creative direction and experimentation\ N\n\nLifeat Lendable\ N\n\nWinning team: the opportunity to scale up one of the world’s most successful fintech companies\ N\n\nFlexibleworking: flexible approach tailored to each role.
