Youwill report to theHousekeeping Supervisor, working towardsserving our customersand providing a memorable experience for ourguests during their stay with us.
APublic AreaHousekeeping Attendantwillbe responsible for:
Ensuring all control measures set by HOD are followed all the time
Demonstrate the ability to proactively prioritise need of the departments and effectively manage resources and time
Be aware of housekeeping SOPs and Health & Safety procedures
Demonstrating personal ownership of the tasks and follow through to getoptimal results
Assistwith deep cleaning projects whenrequired
Perform turndown duties whenrequired
Work as part of a team and communicate with other departments as per hotel procedures to ensure excellent quality service
To be successful inthe role ofPublic AreaHousekeeping Attendant, werequire:
Housekeeping Assistant experience Excellent organisation skills
Excellent organisation skills
An ability to bring the guest experience to life throughout the hotel
The ability to communicate and organize yourself in line with different guest expectations
A good command of English is essential, a second language is advantageous
